The challenge

VerifyTreatment handles verification of benefits for behavioral health providers, and is now expanding into full revenue cycle management for other medical facilities. The team had built the business almost entirely on outbound. A strong sales team ran the calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach, and that was the main driver of pipeline.

Organic was, in their words, “very bare.” It was never something they leaned on. But they knew inbound leads tend to arrive more qualified, and they wanted a second engine.

What we changed

We took SEO and AI search on as a managed service. The site was already primed, with a set of product pages sitting dormant, so we put those to work and built out the rest of the content engine around what actually drives revenue.

The focus was never rankings for their own sake. It was on what makes a prospect commit to a demo.

The outcome

The results came fast. October sat at five or six demos. November hit 12. December doubled that to 26. By February the organic silo was producing 32 demos, with 29 in March. That is roughly a 5 to 6x increase in monthly demos, and the first movement showed up inside 30 days, the quickest time-to-value we have driven for a client.

The channel also changed how the company sees its market. Buyers now cite ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews when asked how they found VerifyTreatment. Ranking for broader terms has pulled in enterprise demand and adjacent verticals beyond addiction treatment, including a large ophthalmology facility, opening a genuine move up market.

The goal now is 50 opportunities a month from organic, and the momentum is pointing there.
