Fast on-boarding Questionnaire, kick-off call and a knowledge base built from your own materialA questionnaire that takes 30 to 40 minutes, a kick-off call, and access to your analytics, Search Console and CRM. Where possible we plug into your sales call recordings and any internal knowledge you already have, such as positioning docs, battlecards and objection handling. All of it becomes a knowledge base we write from, which is why the content sounds like your company rather than a generic agency draft. We're shipping in month one, not ramping up. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
Competitor review Who currently holds the demand you want, and which positions are vulnerableBefore we write anything, we map who is currently taking the demand you want. Which competitors rank for your commercial terms, which pages are doing it, where their authority comes from, and which of those positions are actually vulnerable. This is where the content plan comes from. You're taking ground someone already holds, not guessing at keywords in a vacuum. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
Quick wins analysis Rankings and pages you already have that are one push from convertingMost sites are sitting on rankings they never converted. Pages in positions 4 to 15 that are one push from page one, commercial pages that get traffic but were never optimised to convert, and existing content that's decayed since it was published. If your site has SEO equity, this is what produces movement inside 90 days while the net new content compounds behind it. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
Keyword research & opportunity mapping Focus terms mapped bottom funnel through to top, weighted by commercial valueFocus terms mapped bottom-funnel through to top, weighted by commercial value rather than search volume. You get a clear view of where the demand is, who currently owns it, what it's worth if you take it, and the order we're going after it in. Higher tiers extend this across multiple products, personas and regions. | Core | Expanded commercial coverage | Advanced strategy | Bespoke |

Revenue-focused pages, articles or outlines ~1,000 words each, researched and written by us, or ~1.5x that as briefed outlinesComparison pages, alternatives pages, use-case pages and commercial articles. These are the pages buyers land on when they're ready to evaluate, not top-of-funnel traffic bait. Researched and written by us at around 1,000 words each, with a full round of revisions delivered to a shared Google Drive for your review. If you have your own writers, take roughly 1.5x the page count as briefed content outlines instead. Bottom and mid funnel first, deliberately. We only move to top-of-funnel once the commercial terms are exhausted. | Up to 7 / month | Up to 10 / month | Up to 14 / month | Bespoke capacity |

The roadmap flexes. If something is producing revenue faster than expected, we reallocate output toward it rather than defending a fixed quota. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

Niche-relevant DA50+ backlinks Earned through manual outreach on sites your buyers actually readEarned through manual outreach (guest posts, listicles, review sites and brand mentions) on sites your buyers actually read. Competitor displacement Going after the positions your competitors currently holdGoing directly after the positions your competitors hold rather than settling for the terms they ignored. At entry level that means building against the gaps the competitor review surfaced. Higher tiers run dedicated campaigns on contested head terms and on the AI prompts where a rival is currently the named answer. | Included | Opportunity analysis | Aggressive campaigns | Full displacement strategy |
| AI search | ||||
AI Search optimisation Being the company cited when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overviews who to shortlistA growing share of B2B buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews who to shortlist before they ever open a search engine. This is the work of making sure you're the company named in that answer. It covers entity and schema markup so engines can parse who you are and what you sell, content structured for extraction (clear definitions, direct answers, comparison tables), and tracking of how you currently appear across each engine. Higher tiers add tracked buyer prompt sets monitored monthly, active placement on the third-party sources those engines pull from, and going after prompts where a competitor is currently the named answer. | Included | Enhanced | Aggressive | Category-wide |

Technical SEO improvements Crawlability, indexation, speed and structure, worked continuouslyCrawlability, indexation, site speed, page structure and the technical issues quietly capping what your content can achieve. Identified in the first weeks and worked through continuously, not a one-off audit PDF you file and forget. We give your dev team a prioritised list, or handle it for you through our website support add-on. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
Internal linking strategy Moving authority to the pages that need it and buyers to the pages that convertHow authority moves around your site. New pages get linked from the pages that already have equity, related content gets clustered so search engines and AI engines understand your topical depth, and buyers get a path from the article they landed on to the page that converts. Small work, disproportionate effect on how fast new pages rank. | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

Slack updates and pro-active recommendations Day-to-day access, weekly recommendations and algorithm update briefingsA shared Slack channel for day-to-day access, not a ticket queue. Frequently asked questions about our pricing.
Who do you work with?
B2B only, mainly SaaS and service companies. That focus is the reason we can start with a point of view on your category, offer and target market instead of learning it on your budget. If we're not confident we can move pipeline for you, we'll say so on the first call rather than take the retainer.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on one thing more than any other: whether your site already has SEO equity to work with.
If it does, we go after quick wins first. Pages you already rank for that are one push away from position one, and commercial pages that convert but were never optimised. Clients in that position typically see demos and leads coming in within 90 days.
If we're building net new content on a site without that foundation, you're realistically looking at month four onwards before it compounds into pipeline. We'll tell you which of those two you are on the first call, before you commit to anything.
How long are your retainers?
Six or twelve months. We don't run shorter, because a three-month engagement ends at roughly the point the work starts paying. You'd be funding the build and leaving before the return. Twelve months is where the compounding really shows, and it's what most clients move to after their first term.
What do you need from my team?
Less than most agencies, and most of it happens once. There's an onboarding questionnaire that takes 30 to 40 minutes, access to your analytics, Search Console and CRM, and any internal knowledge you already have, such as positioning docs, battlecards and objection handling. Where possible we also plug into your sales call recordings.
All of that becomes a knowledge base we write from, which is why the content sounds like your company rather than a generic agency draft. After onboarding, expect a couple of hours a month from one person for content review and product questions. We write the briefs ourselves.
Who runs my account?
You get a dedicated lead strategist who owns the programme end to end, supported by senior SEOs and B2B specialists. Not junior account managers, and not an offshore content mill working from a keyword list. You'll speak to them on bi-weekly calls, with regular Slack comms, updates, recommendations and email in between.
How do I show my board this is working?
We build you a custom Looker Studio dashboard mapped to your business, connecting search performance through to conversion events and pipeline rather than traffic and rankings in isolation. It's live, so you're not waiting on a monthly report to answer a question in a board meeting. If your leadership team wants a specific view, tell us on the call and we'll build it in. You can see the kind of numbers this produces on our client results page.
Not sure which programme fits?
Book 30 minutes with our senior team. We'll go through where your pipeline comes from today, whether your site has the equity to move quickly, and which programme we'd actually recommend, including if the honest answer is none of them yet.
