SEO content & strategy

Content written from your sales calls, not a keyword tool.

Your buyers already told your reps exactly what they're comparing, what they're worried about and what nearly killed the deal. Most agencies never listen to a single one of those calls.

50+ B2B SaaS companies trust us to deliver sales pipeline

Sound familiar?

Publishing weekly. Pipeline flat.

Sessions are up 40%. Demo bookings haven't moved. Sales still runs entirely on outbound.

It doesn't sound like you.

Generic, hedged, could be any vendor in your category. Your own team wouldn't send it to a prospect.

Nobody names the competition.

Buyers are comparing you to three tools right now. Your content pretends those tools don't exist.

1,000 posts, no rankings.

Years of archive competing with itself, eating crawl budget, earning nothing. Nobody wants to prune it.

You're not publishing too little. You're publishing the wrong 200 pages.

What we do

Strategy first. Then pages that close.

Every agency in your shortlist says "bottom of funnel". The difference is where the raw material comes from.

Buyer research from real calls

We plug into your recorded sales calls and build a knowledge base of how buyers actually talk. The objections, the comparisons, the phrase they use that nobody in marketing has heard.

  • Sales call ingestion: the language buyers use, not the language you use.
  • Objection mapping: what nearly killed the last ten deals.
  • ICP and differentiator brief: signed off before we write a word.

Keyword mapping, bottom to top

Alternatives, comparisons, integrations, "best X for Y". We exhaust the searches made with budget approved before touching anything informational.

  • Commercial-first mapping: money pages before the blog.
  • Competitor gap analysis: what they rank for that you don't.
  • TOFU later: only once bottom and mid are genuinely exhausted.

Writing that takes a position

Named competitors. Real product screenshots. An honest answer to "who is this not for". Hedged content ranks for nothing and convinces nobody.

  • Your voice: trained on your calls, docs and existing best pages.
  • Product-led: the actual product in the actual page.
  • Full revisions round: via Google Drive, on every piece.

Formatted to be quoted

Ranking and being cited are different jobs. Answer blocks, comparison tables and schema so ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews can lift a clean answer and name you.

  • Answer-first structure: the claim before the build-up.
  • Comparison tables: the format engines reach for.
  • Schema: FAQ, Article and Product, implemented properly.

Refresh, prune and reallocate

Your existing archive is usually the fastest win available. Pages sitting at positions 11 to 20 need a rewrite, not a replacement.

  • Quick wins: rewrite page-two pages to outclass position one.
  • Decay monitoring: catch pages slipping before they're gone.
  • Prune: retire or merge what's competing with itself.

The money pages

Six page types that do the closing.

Low volume, high intent. These get built first, in roughly this order.

01 Alternatives

[Competitor] alternatives

Someone is actively leaving a tool. The highest-intent search in B2B, and the one most companies are too polite to target.

02 Comparison

You vs [competitor]

Written honestly, including where they're the better fit. Buyers trust the page that admits something, and so do LLMs.

03 Best-for

Best [category] for [ICP]

The exact phrasing buyers type into ChatGPT. Narrow enough to win, specific enough to convert.

04 Integrations

Integration pages

The most neglected high-intent page on most SaaS sites. Usually written as documentation instead of as a reason to buy.

05 Use case

Use case and job pages

Mapped to the roles in the buying committee, because the champion and the signer are searching different things.

06 Objection

Objection pages

Security, compliance, migration effort, pricing. Straight from your call recordings, because that's where deals actually stall.

Our process

From first call to pages that convert.

Content live in weeks, not after a three-month strategy phase you paid for and can't use.

Listen

Onboarding questionnaire, then access to your sales calls, analytics and CRM. We build the knowledge base everything else runs on.

Map

Keyword mapping bottom to top, competitor gaps, and a shortlist of money pages you could defend to your CEO.

Write

Briefed, drafted and edited by senior writers who've read the calls. Full revisions round via Drive before anything publishes.

Publish and format

Live on your site, structured so engines can quote it. We publish for you, or hand over ready-to-ship if you'd rather.

Measure and reallocate

Track rankings, citations and demos per page. Budget moves toward whatever's converting, monthly.

Not sure if this is you?

Pick your symptom.

Four things B2B marketers say on first calls, and what's usually behind them.

"We publish constantly and nothing converts."

Almost always a keyword selection problem, not a writing one. If the strategy was built in a keyword tool sorted by volume, the content is doing its job. You just aimed it at people who aren't buying.

Area 02
"It's well written but it sounds like everyone else."

The writer never heard a sales call. Differentiation doesn't come from a style guide, it comes from knowing which three tools your buyer is weighing and what nearly stopped the last deal.

Areas 01 & 03
"We've got 1,000 posts and no idea what to do with them."

Some are worth rewriting, most are worth merging or retiring. Pages at positions 11 to 20 are the fastest pipeline available to you and they're already paid for.

Area 05
"My CEO doesn't believe content is working."

Fair, if all you can show is a traffic chart. Self-reported attribution on the demo form plus per-page tracking turns it into a number with content's name on it.

Step 5

FAQs

Straight answers.

How many pages do we get a month?

Depends on the plan. Roughly 7 at the entry tier up to 20 on aggressive growth. If you have your own writers, you can take around 1.5x that number as content outlines instead. We'd rather reallocate toward whatever's converting than hit a fixed page count.

Do you actually need access to our sales calls?

It's the single biggest quality difference, so we push hard for it. If your process or compliance won't allow it, we substitute customer interviews and win/loss notes. It works, it's just slower to get to the same depth.

Is this AI-generated content?

No. We use AI in research and analysis, which is how we process call transcripts at volume, but pages are written and edited by people who understand your category. AI-drafted content reads generic and gets cited even less than it ranks.

Can we use our own writers?

Yes, and plenty of clients do. We supply the strategy, keyword mapping and detailed outlines, your team writes. You get more pages for the same spend, and we still handle formatting, publishing and measurement.

What if we don't want to name competitors?

We'll challenge you on it, because comparison and alternatives pages are usually the highest-converting content you can own. But it's your brand. We'll build the strategy around use case, integration and objection pages instead.

How long until we see something?

If you have existing SEO equity, quick wins from rewriting page-two pages can land demos inside 90 days. Where genuinely new content is needed, four months onwards is the honest answer.

We'll tell you which pages to build first.

A 30-minute call. We'll look at what you've published, what your competitors rank for, and where the money pages are missing, whether or not you work with us.
